Resize the presenter's camera video

The camera is pretty big! In addition to being able to move it around, we'll be creating the ability to resize it

Autoplay presentation after comment is posted

Creating a comment auto-pauses the presentation. However, currently Rhetoric does not auto-play the presentation after a post.

If you comment at the bottom of the presentation, it won't let you click post
